In most instances, Prime can provision your service within a few hours. However, there are occasional issues in processing orders. If we run into any problems, we’ll immediately notify you.

Can I use my current router?

Probably. As long as it supports your nbn™ technology type – and can handle PPPoE authentication – you shouldn’t have any issues with your existing device.

 

When can I connect to the nbn™?

Sorry, that’s out of our hands. You can check your address on nbn’s website, which will provide an estimated service date.

Can I move from another provider?

Absolutely! Ensure you specify that you’re moving from another provider when you place your order. Just remember that you must reconfigure your router – If you get stuck, give us a call.

How can I pay?

Do I need a contract?
